Stepler is always working on improving the step conversion but there are a few tricks you can try yourself to improve the accuracy!

 

On iOS:

 

  1. Make sure you have the latest OS for you phone
  2. Make sure you have the latest version of Stepler
  3. Make sure you have the latest version of Apple Health, Google Fit or FitBit
  4. Restart your phone in regular intervals
  5. If you are using a Smartwatch och activity bracelet, make sure it is setup to you pedometer correctly ( you can read more about this in our Activity Bracelets/Smartwatches section of the helpdesk)
  6. Make sure that you are not inputting steps manually, this will not count in Stepler.
  7. Make sure that Stepler and your pedometer are using the same email adress.
  8. If none of these steps help, we recommend you reinstall the app
