If you have received a code that does not work on an external site the most common issue is that some or all of the terms for the offer have not been met, you can find the terms by clicking on the offer in the Stepler app and scrolling down to the “Details” section.

If you have fulfilled all of the terms and the code still does not work we would be very grateful if you could send us an email at feedback@stepler.io and let us know about it as well as send a email to the offers owner( i.e Storytel, foodora etc) and check what might have caused the issue.
