Yes, if you have an issue with the product and you suspect the issue is factory related you can make a “return item request”, this is done by writing to our support staff  at the “contact us”  section of either the website or here in the helpdesk suite.

When you make a “return item request” we would very much appreciate the following information:

Your Full Name

Your Full Adress

Your Order ID

Your email address that i connected to your Stepler account

A short description of the issue

When the information has been provided we will contact you to proceed with the request.
